The Ghana Football Association has confirmed the postponement of Medeama’s Premier League game against Bibiani Gold Stars.
The match week two encounter game was initially scheduled to be played on Sunday, November 7, 2021.
However, due to some issues relating to the venue, the match has been pushed two days forward.
Below is the full statement by the GFA:
“The Ghana Football Association (GFA) wishes to announce that the Match Day 2 Premier League game between Medeama SC and Bibiani Gold Stars has been postponed to Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
“The GFA will communicate the venue of the match in due course.
“Medeama SC were originally scheduled to play Bibiani Gold Stars on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa.
“All stakeholders are advised to take note and act accordingly.”
Medeama suffered their heaviest away defeat in many years after losing 4-0 at Bechem United in their Premier League opener last Sunday, while Bibiani Gold Stars picked up thier first Premiership victory following a 1-0 win over Berekum Chelsea.
