Ghana midfielder, Thomas Partey is fit for Arsenal’s Premier League clash against Liverpool on Saturday, according reports.
Partey picked up a thigh strain and missed the Gunners’ 1-0 win against Watford, and subsequently Ghana’s away draw to Ethiopia in South Africa and a crucial home game against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa at Cape Coast which ensured progress to the play-off of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers to be hosted in Qatar.
Despite being out for weeks, Arsenal’s medical team are confident that Partey will be ready for the weekend’s game.
With games coming thick and fast, Mikel Arteta will be hoping to rely on the 28-year-old after changing the tides of the club following a poor start to the 2021/2022 season.
Arsenal are now 5th on the league table with 20 points.
