After going through humiliation in the hands of Nigeria in the opening game, the Pharaohs of Egypt will aim to make amends as they lock horns with Guinea-Bissau.
Guinea-Bissau held Sudan to a 0-0 draw and will be looking to cause a real upset as they prepare to face the seven-times AFCON winners.
The eventual winners of the tie are anyone’s guess, but all will be decided at the Roumde Adjia stadium on Saturday.
Egypt to finally get a win
Mohamed Salah and co had a poor start to the competition with a 1-0 loss to Nigeria but will be expected to bounce back with a victory over Guinea-Bissau.
Despite the apparent lack of cohesion, there are a number of stars who have the ability to get the job done apart from the Liverpool star. Mahmoud Trezeguet was a menace two years ago and will be expected to cause problems on Saturday.
Also, Arsenal midfielder Mohammed Elneny will be expected to control the game from the middle of the pitch.
The odds
Egypt are overwhelming favourites to win the game according to Betway, with their odds priced at 1.47 whilst Guinea-Bissau’s odds stand at 7.80. A draw has been priced at 3.85.
