Nigeria legend, Daniel Amokachi, has taken a dig at Ghana ahead of the 2022 World Cup qualifying game against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
With ten days to the game, Ghana risk having the game taken away from the Cape Coast Stadium after Nigeria protested the poor nature of the pitch, which was brought about as a result of Ghana’s 65th Independence Day parade at the venue.
But the Nigerians, who host the second leg in Abuja on 29th March, 2022, have no such problems, with the stadium in Abuja in pristine condition ahead of the game.
CAF officials are currently in Ghana to ascertain whether the pitch would be ready to host the two West Africa giants on March 25.
A communication is yet to be announced after the inspection on whether the game will be held at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium or the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
Former Nigerian striker Daniel Amokachi in a post has teased Ghana on the readiness of the Nigerians who host the Black Stars in the second leg to at the Mashood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on March 29, 2022.
