Crystal Palace striker, Jordan Ayew, has tested negative for COVID-19 in the build up to Ghana’s crunch qualifier against Nigeria.
The forward was set to miss the home leg after testing positive for the virus, however a negative test means he will be available for Ghana’s first leg encounter.
The news was confirmed by the GFA’s communications director Henry Asante Twum, on Monday afternoon.
Ayew will join up with the squad which has already arrived in Kumasi.
