On Sunday, April 10, 2022, at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi Dr. Ogum’s team will host their Phobian rivals in Ghana Premier League’s matchday 24 at 3:00 pm.
There were earlier reports that the initial Kick-Off time was 6:00 pm but the match has been changed anticipated that a bit of advice from the Ghana Police Service to the Ghana Football Association to reschedule the Kick-Off time.
On Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium, the Match Coordination meeting will be held at 10 am and all stakeholders are to be mindful of the change of time accordingly.
For the time being, Government, through the National Sports Authority, has launched a short code through which fans can procure tickets for the game at the 40,000 capacity Baba Yara Stadium citing the attendance of the World Cup Play-Off between Ghana vs Nigeria.
The government has taken steps to ease overcrowding by instituting an e-ticketing platform to enable fans to purchase tickets before the game which starts at 3:00 pm on Sunday, a USSD short code (*711#) which works on all networks is underway within the week.
Fans who are willing to pay for the tickets have to use Mobile Money for the transaction of acquiring tickets for the big game, after which a unique code will then be generated for the user, which they can present on the day of the game for access to the stadium.
