The feistiest derby in our land is here once again, Accra Hearts of Oak play their second BetPawa Premier League of the 2022-2023 season as host to city rivals Accra Great Olympics on Sunday, September 18th, 2022.
Accra Hearts of Oak lost at Nana Agyemang Badu Park at Dormaa to Aduana Stars in match week 1 of the BetPawa Premier League, while the away team on Sunday, Accra Great Olympics, defeated Bechem United at Accra Sports Stadium.

Accra Great Olympics, the host team, defeated Accra Hearts of Oak by a score of three goals to zero on that particular day. Amos Acheampong scored the first goal in the 19th minute, and Yussif Razak added two more goals in the 32nd and 82nd minutes.
