The Serbian coach joins the rainbow lads after leaving Septemvri Sofia, a lower-tier Bulgarian League side.

Togbe declared that he would be offering the UEFA Pro License holder a two-year deal at Hearts of Oak in a statement to the media on the club’s early exit from the 2022–23 Caf Confederation Cup.
