Assistant coach of the Black Galaxies, Bismark Kobby Mensah, will be at the dugout for Accra Great Olympics for the second round of the 2022–23 league season and beyond.
Less than a year after Yaw Preko assumed leadership of the team as head coach, Accra Great Olympics announced on February 15, 2023, that they had broken off their relationship with him.
Olympics is currently ranked 10th in the league log, which surprised management and supporters given that he won the GHALCA Top 6 Tournament, which served as a warm-up for teams in the league before the start of the new season.

Mensah, an ex-Ghana U17 striker, rose to prominence after helping FC Samartex finish third in Zone II of the Division One League in 2018, nine points behind champions Bibiani Gold Stars.
