The Ghana Football Association is confident that the four-man team it has put together to lead the Black Stars to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar will deliver on their mandate.
Otto Addo, Chris Hughton, Mas-ud Didi Dramani and George Boateng have been given interim appointments for Ghana’s two-legged World Cup play-off against Nigeria in March.
“We believe that the expertise of these four people and their quality is what would guarantee us a place in Qatar,” Henry Asante Twum, the GFA’s Director of Communications, told Citi Sports.
“They all come in with different backgrounds and collectively we think they have the quality and competence to move us to the next stage.”
The first-leg of the match will take place at the Cape Coast Stadium on 24th March before the second-leg on the 27th in Abuja, Nigeria.
