During the Qatar 2022 World Cup, the locations where Ghana’s national team will be staying and practising have been made public.
According to TV3 Sports, the Black Stars will stay at the Double Tree by Hilton Doha-Al Sadd Hotel and train at the Aspire Zone facilities.
Following the Doha draw, Otto Addo’s team was placed in Group H with Portugal, Uruguay, and South Korea.
Ghana’s first group match will be against Portugal, followed by games against Uruguay and South Korea.
The Black Stars’ first group game will be against Portugal on November 24, 2022, at Stadium 974 in Doha, They will then go to Al Rayyan to play South Korea at Education City Stadium four days later.
On December 2, 2022, a rematch of Uruguay’s World Cup quarterfinal matchup will wrap up Otto Addo’s team’s group stage assignment at Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakra.
Following a thrilling 1-1 tie with Nigeria at the Mashood Abiola Stadium, Ghana secured their spot in the World Cup.
Both teams split the victory in Abuja when Thomas Partey’s first-half goal was cancelled out by Super Eagles captain William Troost- Ekong’s penalty.
