Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Ghana's most successful Premier League club, has confirmed that they have reached an agreement with Libyan side Al Ahly Bengazi SC for the permanent transfer of Club Captain Richard Boadu.
At the beginning of the 2022–2023 season, the ex-Medeama midfielder commenced his captaincy position at Asante Kotoko while the team was conducting preseason training in Sudan, supervised by Seydou Zerbo.
